Johnny Bigg – Valentine’s Day Refund Promotion

Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Johnny Bigg Pty. Limited ABN of 48 168 371 015, 55 Mentmore Avenue Rosebery NSW 2018.
For New Zealand participants, the promotion is conducted by the same Promoter.

2. Promotion Period

The promotion commences at 12:00am (AEDT) on 1 February 2026 and closes at 11:59pm (AEDT) on 5 February 2026 (Promotion Period).

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand aged 18 years or over.
Employees of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate, agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
This promotion is an online-exclusive offer and is valid only for purchases made through the Johnny Bigg Australian and New Zealand websites.

4. How to Enter

To enter, eligible customers must, by making an online purchase, during the Promotion Period:

a) Place an order of $99 AUD or more (or $99 NZD or more) in a single transaction on either:

https://www.johnnybigg.com.au/au; or

https://www.johnnybigg.com.au/nz; and

b) Complete the purchase and payment successfully.

Each qualifying order constitutes one (1) entry into the promotion.
Multiple entries are permitted, subject to each entry being submitted via a separate qualifying order.
In-store purchases are excluded from this promotion.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will be selected each day during the Promotion Period (total of five (5) winners).

Each winner will receive a refund of the full value of their qualifying order, up to a maximum value of $500 AUD / $500 NZD, refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds do not include shipping fees, gift cards purchased, or any additional costs incurred outside the qualifying order.

6. Draw Details

All eligible entries from both the Australian and New Zealand websites will be pooled together.

Daily draws will take place on:

1 February 2026

2 February 2026

3 February 2026

4 February 2026

5 February 2026

Each draw will be conducted at 55 Mentmore Avenue, Rosebery NSW 2018.

Winners will be selected at random using a computerised random draw.

7. Winner Notification & Announcement

Winners will be notified via the contact details associated with their order (email and/or phone) within 2 business days of the relevant draw.

Daily winners will also be announced on Johnny Bigg’s official Instagram account @johnnybigg.

8. Returns, Cancellations & Disqualifications

If a winning order is cancelled, returned (in full), or refunded for any reason prior to the draw, that entry will be deemed invalid and a replacement winner may be drawn.

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, or does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

9. Privacy

By entering this promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting, using, and disclosing their personal information for the purposes of administering the promotion and awarding prizes, in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at https://www.johnnybigg.com.au/au/privacy-policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by an entrant as a result of participating in the promotion or accepting a prize.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any rights under the Australian Consumer Law or applicable New Zealand consumer legislation.

11. General

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
