We encourage customers to try on the products in store. If you're unhappy, an exchange or refund can be processed in store.
If your order is not collected within 21 calendar days, it will be cancelled and refunded to you via the payment method used when placing your order.
If you would like to cancel your Click & Collect order, please contact the store from which you placed the order. You will be refunded via the payment method used when placing your order.
