Delivery During Sale Period

Please note during heavy sale periods delivery times may be delayed by an extra 2-3 working days.

Within Australia

Johnny Bigg charges a flat rate of $10.00 for standard delivery and $15.00 for express delivery within Australia. But if you register with us orders over $85 with standard delivery will be delivered for FREE. (However from time to time Johnny Bigg reserves the right to offer free delivery.)

Express orders can take from 1-3 business days and standard orders can take 3-5 business days depending on your location. To check delivery times for your area take a look at the Australia Post Network Here.

Deliveries to the Cocos (keeling) Islands – postcode 6799, may take up to 2 months to deliver via Australia Post.

To guarantee delivery, it is best to send your parcel to your office or somewhere where there will be someone to receive it between 9am - 5pm. If there is no one at the delivery address to receive your parcel, a card will be left and your order will be sent to the nearest post office where you will need to sign to pick it up.

We use Australia Post for all our deliveries. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please note the number will not be traceable for at least 4 hours.

Order Tracking

Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking. Please go to http://auspost.com.au/track/ to follow the journey of your parcel. You will also be able to see the status of your order if you Login to the website.

To New Zealand

Johnny Bigg charges a flat rate of $20.00 for standard delivery to New Zealand for order under$150. Orders over $150 will be delivered for FREE.

Standard orders can take 3-5 business days depending on your location. To check delivery times take a look at the Star Track Network.

To guarantee delivery, it is best to send your parcel to your office or somewhere where there will be someone to receive it between 9am - 5pm. If there is no one at the delivery address to receive your parcel, a card will be left and your order will be sent to the nearest post office where you will need to sign to pick it up.

Currently Johnny Bigg will cover all taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in New Zealand, but has the right to change this policy at any time without notice.

Please note that in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes, even if a customer has placed the order with the intention of delivery to a gift recipient.

As long as you select to prepay duties and taxes, the order total presented at checkout is the exact amount you’ll be billed by Borderfree, and there will be no additional costs due upon delivery.

What currencies does Borderfree support?

Currently, Borderfree supports billing in more than 60 currencies, with more being added on an ongoing basis. Click here to view and select from a list of our supported currencies. Once you confirm your preferences, you will be able to see products priced in your selected currency.

What payment options does Borderfree support?

Currently, Borderfree supports Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and American Express, with additional payment options coming soon.

How much does international shipping cost?

International shipping is calculated based on a number of factors including the desired shipping speed, the number of items you are purchasing, the weight of the items, and the destination country. International shipping will be calculated and guaranteed during the Borderfree international checkout based on the items you are purchasing and your shipping destination.

When am I billed?

Your credit card will be billed by Borderfree when your international order is shipped.

How much duty and taxes are charged on international orders?

Duties (or Customs tariffs) are set by the destination country Customs authorities and determined based on a combination of the country of origin (manufacturing) of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the countries that Borderfree supports. International taxes (such as Value Added Tax, or VAT) are set by the destination country. You will be able to view the guaranteed total amount of applicable duty and tax/VAT for your order within the Borderfree international checkout.

Are there any items that cannot ship to my country because they are restricted?

If for some reason there are any items that cannot be exported from the United States or imported into your destination country selection, Borderfree will notify you during the checkout process.

What will my credit card statement say?

Your credit card will be billed by Borderfree and your credit card statement will read “BFJOHNNYBIGG” where “BF” denotes the Borderfree network.

Can I purchase or redeem international gift card?

Unfortunately, we do not currently support the sale of gift cards to international customers or the redemption of gift cards for international orders.

What is your return policy for international orders?

Refund amounts for returned items will be credited to you by our partner Borderfree in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order.
