New Year New Arrivals

If your new years resolution this year was to improve your wardrobe, that’s what we like to hear! With more options you actually want to wear, and clothes that suit both your body and your personal style, you’ll be that much more prepared and confident stepping into all the adventures, challenges, and excitements of the year ahead. With Johnny Bigg’s new season styles starting to pop up in store and online, let’s take a look at some of the styles we think you’ll love.

JB Classics

There’s nothing quite like finding a style that fits perfectly, and realising it comes in several colours! Not only do you know you’ll get your money’s worth out of wearing them, but it makes creating outfits day to day much easier- it’s just a case of mix and match.

You loved the Ledger Stretch Chino last year, a great blend of casual and formal. Whether it’s a trip down to the pub, a regular day in the office, or a special dinner, these chinos can be styled up or down depending on the occasion. If you value simplicity and versatility, and JB’s signature stretch features, then you’ll be glad to hear the Ledger is now available in ink blue and sand versions. We recommend styling your dark blue pants with a light blue, white or even green shirt, and your sand chinos will look great with any other neutral colour or a bold print.

Our Jim Slim Chino is amongst our styles getting a new colour, a muted moss that styles well with dark and neutral colours for something a little different.

We haven’t forgotten about your favourite shirts either. Our bestselling Anders Linen Shirt, Serge Melange Linen Blend Shirt and Fresno Linen Blend Shirt are all available in new seasonal colours; greens and oranges.

Try Something New

Updating your wardrobe into the new year is a great opportunity to step out of your comfort zone, or simply introduce some new pieces that fit your vibe in seasonal colours and patterns. We think you’re going to love the Mason Stripe Shirt, with its bright pop of orange and yellow stripes, perfect for brightening cloudy days and embracing those scorchers we have left before the temperature turns. Made with silky viscose, this shirt is soft and drapey, so just try to resist wearing it day after day after day! Plus, it looks great with denim, neutral pants, or black chinos. Find it in sizes XL to 9XL and LT to 5XLT for taller guys who need more length in the torso.

In fact, why not pair the Mason with our new Duke Knit Denim Short? A classic denim short in a darker ink wash, these pair with just about anything on warmer days. Pop on a t-shirt and sneakers for a casual look, or dress up with a short sleeve shirt and loafers. The cotton blend of this denim allows for plenty of stretch, keeping your comfort in mind whether you’re relaxing by the pool on holiday, running errands, or going for an afternoon walk. Head into store to try these must-have shorts on in sizes 36 to 52, or grab them online!

Finally, keep your formal look effortless with the Harrison Textured Stretch Blazer. Featuring all the stretch features you know and love, whilst fully lined, this blazer is appropriate for all your smart occasions, from weddings, to workwear, to special dinners. The muted green colour is super versatile, although we recommend wearing with a white shirt, or smart tee, and black or navy chinos or dress pants for a clean, crisp look. If you’ve been looking for a way to introduce something different into your formal wardrobe, but aren’t quite ready for bold patterns or colours, this is a great way to subtly elevate your look. Definitely going to be a smash hit for the year ahead! Grab your Harrison Blazer in sizes 42 to 56.

Whether your new years fashion resolutions are to try something new, or stick to what you know works, we’re here to fully deck you out in outfits you love!
