Johnny Bigg was built on a simple belief: big and tall men deserve better. For too long, bigger and taller guys were forced to compromise - settling for clothes that didn't fit properly, lacked style, or simply weren't designed with them in mind. We knew there had to be a better way.
Since opening our first store in 2014, we've designed clothing specifically for big and tall men not scaled-up versions of standard sizes, but garments engineered around proportion, comfort, and confidence from the ground up.

FAQ's
We hope you love your Johnny Bigg products, but if you aren't completely happy you can return them easily. We offer 365 days returns if the item has not been worn or washed and is in original condition with the swing ticket still attached. In-store purchases cannot be returned online and must be returned in store.
You can return your online order to your nearest Johnny Bigg store, or you can lodge an online return for a flat rate fee of $9.60.
If you come across a manufacturing fault, you may lodge your faulty return through our Return’s Portal link here or contact us at jbonline@johnnybigg.com.au as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, our online store does not have the facilities to be able to offer exchanges. Should you wish to exchange, you will need to head to your local store along with your receipt and our in-store team would be happy to assist you further. If you are not located near a store, you would need to return the item for a full refund and order the correct size or item that you would like. For health reasons, there are no returns on the purchase of underwear unless exhibiting a genuine manufacturing fault.
We carry sizes between XL and 10XL and also cater for tall, ranging from LT-6XLT.
Big is built for a broader frame. Tall is cut with a longer body, sleeve, and inseam for men who are tall first, not just bigger. They're engineered as two distinct fits, not one size stretched to cover both.
