Promotion Terms and Conditions

Promoter

The promoter is Johnny Bigg Australia Pty Ltd ("Promoter").

Promotion Period

The promotion commences at 12:00am AEST on 19 June 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 28 June 2026 ("Promotion Period").

Eligibility

1. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
2. Employees of the Promoter and its related entities, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
3. By entering the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

 

How to Enter

To enter, participants must during the Promotion Period:

1. Post a photo or video to Instagram or Facebook showcasing what it's like being tall, including a proud, funny, relatable or inspiring tall-person moment.
2. Tag @JohnnyBigg in the post.
3. Include the hashtag #StandTallJB in the caption.
4. Entrants must ensure their social media account is public at the time of judging and winner selection so entries can be viewed by the Promoter.
5. Multiple entries are permitted. Each entry must be unique and original.,

 

Judging

1. This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner.
2. Entries will be judged based on creativity, originality, relevance to the promotion theme, and overall quality.
3. Judging will take place at the Promoter's offices on or about 30 June 2026.
4. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

Prize

1. One (1) winner will receive a Johnny Bigg wardrobe valued at AUD $500.
2. The prize will be provided as a Johnny Bigg gift card or store credit, at the Promoter's discretion.
3. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
4. If the prize or any element of the prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

 

Winner Notification

1. The winner will be contacted via direct message on the social media platform used to enter within seven (7) days of judging.
2. The winner may also be announced on Johnny Bigg's social media channels and website.
3. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within fourteen (14) days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

 

User Generated Content

1. Entrants warrant that their entry:
   • Is their original work;
   • Does not infringe the intellectual property rights or privacy rights of any third party;
   • Does not contain unlawful, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory or inappropriate content.
2. By entering, entrants grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, publish, edit, adapt and communicate their entry (including name, image, likeness, photo, video and social media handle) for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes across any media without compensation.
3. Entrants consent to the Promoter featuring, reposting and sharing submitted content on its social media channels, website, email marketing and other advertising materials.

 

Social Media Disclaimer

1. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta.
2. Entrants release Instagram, Facebook and Meta from any liability associated with the promotion.

 

General

1. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
2. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend or terminate the promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary to do so.
3. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the promotion or acceptance of the prize.
4. Personal information collected will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy.
